I purchased the Module Y Earbuds earlier this year. After unboxing, I charged the batteries. Once charged, I followed the instructions and gave the earbuds a try. They connected to my laptop's Bluetooth pretty quickly, but there was a hitch. The Right earbud worked like a charm, but the Left one? Total dud. It only made a few beeping sounds. I checked the power connections, and they seemed fine. I then visited the ADV-sound Support page and tried their reset instructions, but it didn’t help the Left earbud at all. From what I can tell, it looks like either the base unit or the Left earbud isn’t getting any power, while the Right one is just fine.

I've reached out to the ADV support team and started an email conversation.

I picked up the Eartune Fidelity U for my IER Z1R. These tips are the best I've found after testing a bunch of eartips. They really helped with the recessed mids on certain tracks, particularly with male vocals. I'm catching more subtle details now as well. The only reason I'm not giving a full 5-star review is that the shipping was just okay and kinda pricey.

The Eartune Fidelity UF-A I got didn’t quite fit (maybe it’s just my ear canals!). However, the customer support at ADV was top-notch. They were super quick and responsive, doing everything they could to fix the issue. I’d definitely shop with them again, no doubt about it.

This is a fantastic item and the customer service is just as great. The audio quality has improved significantly, and I don’t experience any sound leakage. They stay put in my ears way better than the original ones.

I can finally use my AirPods without them dropping out of my ear!

These items are totally ineffective. A total waste of cash. They don't even fit right. Hoping to get my money back.

I contacted the support team with an inquiry, and I was amazed at how fast they got back to me.

This IEM is really nice and feels soft in my ears. If there were more models to pick from, I'd definitely get more.

I’m really happy to give these tips a high rating. I had an allergic reaction to the ones that came with my AirPods Pro, and these replacements were a total lifesaver for me. I was just about to get rid of the pros, and I tried buying other tips that didn’t do the trick. Big thanks, 5 stars all the way!

Completely let down! The item was obviously pre-owned and in bad shape.. what a waste of cash. The fitting was so messed up that it wouldn't even fit the airpod. After trying to get it to work, I just tossed it in the trash since it was useless to anyone.

I got the Eartune Fidelity Custom Ear Tips for my KZ ZS10 Pro Ear Buds. I sent in the ear impressions I had done at my audiologist. ADV crafted them just right for MY ears, and I’m totally amazed by the quality. These ear tips paired with my ear buds outshine the $1200 custom IEMs I tried earlier, no contest!! Big thanks to ADV!! :))

Really good quality and they get the job done. I picked the XL size, but I was kinda wishing they were a bit bigger (curse my big ears!). They fit pretty much like other LG products, but the foam is comfy and I love the color choices. Totally recommend them.

I've been picking up IEMs from ADV for a few years now, and I can honestly say I've only had good experiences with the few items I have. For the price, it's gonna be super tough, if not impossible, to find IEMs or headphones that can compete with the build and sound quality they provide. I'm really looking forward to what new products they roll out next!
